This project was a conversion of a 03 car garage into a double height, multi-functional living space.
Eight_OneTwo Architects remodelled the ground floor area to create a large open living space. The newly designed area features a range of amenities including a kitchen, dining room, living space, private lounge, toilet facilities and a study area.
The proposed space provides solar gain, creating a brighter and more open plan environment in contrast to the previous space that was dark and in need of modernisation.
The domestic conversion transforms the existing structure and floods the property with natural light. Following the conversion, residents can now take complete advantage of the stunning views from the local area. Overall, the project was completed within a 3 month build programme.
