0_1 Concept Proposals
To turn your dream into reality we start with a site visit. During this stage we take an in-depth look at your existing context and surroundings. At this point, we will discuss your aspirations, budgets and requirements, which will then be converted into a detailed brief.
2_3 Detailed Planning
Post concept we move onto detailed planning drawings. All our presentation drawings are post-produced in photoshop and where applicable delivered as 3D visualisations. During each milestone, we’ll work together and operate with complete transparency to ensure that all planning drawings are signed-off with your approval.
3_4 Technical Documentation
The business end of the production - this is where our technical team takes the reigns. We’ll provide general arrangement / construction drawings and specifications. This essential information is then passed on to one of trusted contractors. In return, you’ll receive a detailed breakdown of your budget and have complete confidence that your project is in safe hands every step of the way.
5_7 Project Completion
For that extra layer of security and peace of mind, we manage the relationship between you and the selected contractor. With this step in place, you can rest assured knowing that we’re here to look after your interests from design and build to completion and aftercare.
