The property is located in an established residential area where there are varying properties of different ages and style of construction.
The existing layout of the house was reconfigured with the demolishion of the conservatory and car port out building being replaced with a single storey side and front extension to wrap and connect the whole building together, creating a flowing and functional family friendly space.
The red brick facade was replaced with Cor-ten pannelling, thus creating a modern interpretation of the red brick and creating a complimentary aesthetic quality to the modernised finish.
